Clarence Peters discusses why he cried after Burna Boy won the Grammy – (Video)
Popular music video director Clarence Peters has admitted that he cried when Afrobeats and Dancehall musician Burna Boy won a Grammy.
He gave the details and claimed that the historic moment brought back happy memories and made him glad in a talk on the Pulse Podcast Network.

Recall that Burna Boy, real name Damini Ogulu, won the Best Global Music Album Grammy in 2021 for his album “Twice as Tall.”

Clarence remarked that watching the singer of “Last Last” announced as the winner brought back memories of the legendary broadcasters Kenny Ogungbe and Dayo D1 Adeneye.
He further mentioned that after receiving the news, he called Kenny Ogungbe immediately, but that he did not answer the phone.
